IOSH is delighted to launch a four-part webinar series on organisational and personal resilience, entitled Caring Through Covid – supporting people and workplaces in the pandemic. The series, which will run through November and December and into the new year, sees IOSH team up with a number of key partners to focus on different aspects of this overall theme.
In this opening session, IOSH partners with the Society of Occupational Medicine (SOM), to consider the importance of physical and mental health and wellbeing as we live and work through the pandemic. It will share ideas on the benefits to all of encouraging staff to eat and drink healthily, exercise and achieve a good work/life balance. These things have become increasingly important but particularly in these times of Covid restrictions and lockdown. The format for the free webinar – which is open to IOSH and SOM members and any business or individual with an interest in health and wellbeing at work – will be a panel discussion and Q&A.
This first webinar will be hosted by IOSH Vice President Stuart Hughes, and we're delighted to have Professor Anne Harriss, President of SOM, Christine Hancock, Founder and Director of C3 Health and Dr Jon Spiro, Consultant in Occupational Medicine as panellists.
