Sustainable return to work in mental health issues; what works for whom?
This webinar will share recent research results on the topic of sustainable return to work following absence due to mental health conditions. We will discuss issues related to data collection strategies, the value of doing research from an integrative perspective and a focus on problems at work versus what people value at work.

Attendees will gain recent scientific knowledge on individual differences in return to work trajectories, barriers and facilitators for return to work, disclosure dilemma’s among workers with mental health issues, and evidence for work adjustments. Attendees will also learn how a practical multi-stakeholder model can help to facilitate return to work in mental health issues.
