IOSH South Downs Branch: The Savvy approach to difficult conversations and tips for effective conversations
Effective conversations are the key to your personal and business success. Yes it is as simple as that!’
• To get the best business results and at the same time maintain positive working relationships, you need to know how to have the right conversation, in the right way, at the right time. In other words, to have your own Savvy Conversations®.
• Would you like to be more clued up and better prepared for your key discussions whether that is with colleagues, clients, leaders or others?
• Would having the know-how to handle conversations brilliantly 'in the moment’ lead you to greater success?
• If you can master the art of having open, honest and effective conversations with anyone, you could see far more success and harmony both at work and at home.

CPD: this event will support the Communication (Behavioural) area of the IOSH Competency Framework at intermediate level.
