This temporary nature makes it tough for all and most especially for those leading and managing changes in the workplace.

Pete is a classic “poacher turned gamekeeper” shifting his focus from solution-led delivery as a programme manager to managing people through the business change lifecycle and supporting them to meet the challenges which come with embracing, adopting and embedding new ways of working and behaviours. Pete believes it is essential that people be recognised as individuals throughout the process and that leadership, honesty and compassion are keys to success.
Kerryn loves the world of change, most especially as it’s all about people! With a career based in stakeholder engagement in various guises, she passionately believes that if you want to make a change stick, you need to win the hearts and minds of the people. As change lead, she works tirelessly alongside colleagues to embed the right mindset and behaviours to support new ways of working and realise the benefits being derived from the change.
